🧭 PART 1: Founders’ Culture Document – “Builders of Bharat”
🪙 Our Mission
To build India’s most accessible, job-focused, vernacular vocational platform that empowers 1 crore Indians from underserved communities to become skilled, self-reliant, and employed.
🌱 Why We Exist
Because someone with drive shouldn’t be held back by lack of English, expensive degrees, or city access. We believe that talent is everywhere—opportunity is not. We’re here to fix that.
⚙️ How We Work
Build, not just learn: Every learner here is also a creator.
Solve real problems: Our work directly impacts lives.
Respect over titles: Ideas win, not hierarchy.
Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, or English—it doesn’t matter: Your intent and impact matter more than your accent.
🫱🏼🫲🏽 Who We Want
People who:
Care about solving real problems, not just getting jobs
Can learn fast and build faster
Will stay through challenges and finish what they start
Want to be part of something bigger than themselves
🚀 Our Vision
In 5 years, we’ll be the platform that changed the way India upskills—faster, cheaper, more localized, and accessible to all. And you’ll be able to say: I helped build this from scratch.
🎤 PART 2: First Day Pitch Script to Learners (Your Founding Batch)
Feel free to tweak for your voice, but here’s a draft to inspire them:
👋🏽 “Hi everyone. Welcome to something much bigger than a course.
I’m not here to teach in the traditional sense. I’m here to build a revolution with you. One where we don’t just learn skills—we create tools that help millions of others upskill too.
What if I told you that this platform we’re going to build together… could one day help someone in a small village learn how to become a solar panel technician, a video editor, or even a full-stack developer—in their own language, without spending thousands of rupees?
And what if I told you—you will help build it from scratch?
I’m inviting you not as students, but as early team members. As builders. As founders-in-training.
You’ll learn, yes—but more importantly, you’ll ship. You’ll take part in real-world decisions, build features that will go live, and see your work change lives.
And if you show commitment, grit, and heart—there’s room for more. Internships. Paid roles. Maybe even equity.
So here’s my ask: don’t just finish the project. Own it. Live it.
Let’s build the Bharat we want to see.
Welcome to the team.”*
